PRE-CONSTRUCTION PLANNING, BUDGETING AND COST ESTIMATING – Collaboration during the planning and design phases of a project to identify potential issues and opportunities for cost savings while creating accurate budgeting and cost estimations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION – Full oversight and management of the day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure that the project is built according to the plans and specifications, is within budget, and is on schedule.

GENERAL CONTRACTING – Oversee the construction of a project from start to finish, managing all aspects of the construction process, including coordination of subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control. MARKET ANALYSIS – Analyze and research the current and future real estate market to identify potential development opportunities.

SITE ANALYSIS AND ACQUISITION – Assessment of a property/site to determine feasibility, zoning requirements, and potential restrictions along with helping identify and acquire properties for development.

ENTITLEMENTS – Obtainment of necessary permits, zoning changes, and variances required for the development process.

LAND USE PLANNING – Consultation on zoning, permitting, and other land use regulations.

DESIGN AND PLANNING – Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other experts to create a comprehensive plan that meets the client’s goals and objectives.

FINANCING AND INVESTMENTS – Assistance in securing the necessary financing and investment for a development project, working with lenders and investors to ensure that the project is adequately funded.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION – Overseeing the entire development and construction process, from pre-construction planning to completion, to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.


HISTORICAL PRESERVATION, RESTORATIONS, AND RENOVATIONS – Expertise in the preservation, restoration, renovation and adaptive reuse of historical properties and landmarks. Specializing in the conversion of existing buildings into new uses as well as bringing existing properties to meet modern building standards and codes while preserving historical and cultural elements.

HISTORIC PRESERVATION PLANNING AND APPROVAL PROCESS – To ensure that all aspects of a preservation project are thoughtfully considered, our team works closely with clients to assess the historical significance of a structure and develop a preservation plan that adheres to relevant regulations and guidelines while also ensuring the structural integrity of the building.
