VIZI RESIDENCE
In perfect balance with the Miami climate, the Vizi Residence brings an air of British Colonial architecture to South Miami Avenue and one of Miami’s most historic neighborhoods. With multiple garden rooms, open air verandas, Corallina stone finishes along the facades, and natural garden elements, the Vizi Residence is the epitome of contemporary architecture combined with classical designs in an urban environment. The new construction, which is reflective of traditional South Florida building techniques, was designed by famed De La Guardia Victoria Architects and Urbanists and consists of 6,102 adjusted sq. ft. Open piazzas facing the side yard integrate the home with the surrounding picturesque landscape, creating a classic dynamism in an urban environment where the peaks of Brickell skyrises tower over the home’s skyline. The Hydrazo finish along the pool creates a unique identity, complemented by clay roof tiles and extensive custom made interior and exterior wood moldings and trims. The splendor of the Vizi Residence is completed by two middle-aged oak trees that were carefully relocated to key locations in the garden.
