SARTO RESIDENCE

Built in 1941, this quaint Coral Gables home was designed by famous Coral Gables architect H. George Fink. Near Downtown Coral Gables, the Sarto Residence is a Mediterranean style home designed and constructed in the Post-war years. The Sarto Residence was designated a historic property by the City of Coral Gables in 2015. The project consisted of a complete renovation of the three-bedroom, two-bath Art Deco style home. Distinct features of this renovation include the restoration of the side gable roof, front gable bays, and decorative wrought iron art deco details.
