Park West Office Complex is a 56,000 square foot office space center built on 4.2 acres of land in Miami Lakes, Fl. and is comprised of seven independent buildings, each sold to individual end users . Over the course of the 23 months of build time, the Torre Companies development team was involved in the general contracting process and the entire land development, public entitlements, and construction management of the project.
