Llantada Residence

The Llantada Residence, a new single-family home, sits on a unique corner lot of Biltmore Way in the heart of Coral Gables. Featuring two frontages, a unique cobblestone driveway paves the way towards 5,500 square feet of a custom-built home. The characteristic tall windows create a lively feel throughout the home, as natural light shines through each room. Designed by Locus Architecture, the home also features unique checkered floors on the kitchen and porch. The outdoor space was consciously crafted with coral stone walkways and a luxurious pool lined with imported Indonesian tile.
