skipjack place

Located in Coconut Grove, Skipjack Place will be two new beautiful 2-story cottages inspired by traditional Bahamian architecture and modern-industrial design. Each cottage will consist of 2,016 sq ft, with 3 bedroom and 2 ½ baths. The project is being developed by Maricris Longo and was designed by De La Guardia Victoria, Architects & Urbanists, with Torre Companies acting in the capacity of General Contractor.
