FIRST AMERICAN BANK

First American Bank in Hialeah, Florida is a commercial construction project consisting of a partial demolition of an existing one-story building and the remodeling of the remaining structure. The new one-story addition consists of 3,279 square feet of construction for a new bank branch along with a covered drive-thru area. The remaining structure to be remodeled consists of 6,470 square feet and the construction project also includes the reconfiguration of the existing parking lot. This project is designed by Locus Architecture with Torre Companies acting in the capacity of General Contractor. First American Bank is expected to be completed by Summer of 2024.
