HISTORICAL MEDITERRANEAN

A prime depiction of Coral Gables Mediterranean, Historical Mediterranean was originally built in 1926 and is designated as a historic property by the City of Coral Gables. This project entailed a complete renovation of the existing 3,000 square foot residence and included a 4,000 square foot two-story addition, a new pool, new landscaping, and a covered terrace. The TORRE team worked closely with the homeowners to preserve all historical elements of the original residence. While the construction consisted of new bathrooms, kitchen, and MEP system keys, elements such as the existing wood floors, railings, and other elements were preserved and used to maintain the historic value of the house.
