Located along the picturesque Granada Golf course in the heart of Coral Gables, the Greenway Residence located at 1200 South Greenway Drive consisted of a full remodel of the existing single-family home and bedroom additions to the second floor. With approximately 3,800 square feet of construction, the architectural beauty of the Greenway Residence was meticulously revitalized through precise attention to detail. All new interior and exterior finishings reflect the historical significance of Greenway Residence as a distinctly unique Coral Gables home, a trait captured by the refinished original fireplace in the center of the home’s living room, luxurious vaulted ceilings, and custom black framed windows highlighted by cedar wood shutters. The remodel of Greenway Residences was designed by Nelson de Leon of Locus Architecture.
