COLOMBIAN CONSULATE

The Colombian Consulate is a hidden gem in the heart of Downtown Coral Gables. Located in the cultural center of the city, the Colombian Consulate is the epitome of historic Coral Gables commercial construction. Designed by Zyscovich Architects, the project entailed a complete renovation of the existing 10,000 square foot building and the addition of an elevator tower. To minimize the impact on the Consulate’s daily services, construction was fast tracked and required intensive coordination and supervision to complete the project safely, timely, and within budget.
