CHINESE VILLAGE ADDITION

Located among the eight homes of the historic Chinese Village in Coral Gables, the Chinese Village Addition is a gem that highlights the most prominent and notable features of the celebrated community. This project entailed a complete renovation and construction of a new garage/shop addition. Distinct features of the renovation are found in the new custom impact windows, glaze roof-tile, and the preservation of the ornate Chinese details throughout.
