Casa Rosada

Casa Rosada is a thoughtfully restored historic residence located on Madeira Avenue in the heart of Coral Gables. Torre Companies served as builder and developer for the project, overseeing a comprehensive renovation that respects the home’s original architectural character while adapting the residence for modern living. 

The scope of work included a sensitively integrated addition, structural coordination, and full upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
