ALHAMBRA HISTORIC RESIDENCE

Alhambra Historic Residence is a historic preservation and addition project located on Alhambra Circle, facing the Granada Golf Course. Originally built in 1926, the Mediterranean-style home is being restored by Torre. Design is by ARKO Architecture with interiors by Joseph Bartoczek. The project includes the careful restoration of 5,491 existing square feet and a 2,365-square-foot addition that respects the home’s original character.
