After more than a decade, the beloved Sra. Martinez returns to Coral Gables, brought to life through the craftsmanship of Torre Companies. As the general contractor, Torre oversaw the comprehensive renovation and build-out of the 4,111-square-foot space, transforming it into a vibrant, design-forward dining destination.

Designed by Thomas Schlesser and Design Bureaux, the restaurant seamlessly blends Miami’s signature flair with Spanish-inspired elegance. Torre’s expertise is reflected in the intricate details, from custom Italian walnut woodwork and a striking open kitchen to luxurious poured terrazzo floors and fabric-wrapped ceilings. Bi-fold glass doors create a fluid indoor-outdoor experience, while custom-built bar and seating elements enhance the dynamic ambiance.

Through precise execution and attention to detail, Torre Companies has helped redefine this iconic restaurant, ensuring Sra. Martinez once again shines as a premier culinary and cultural destination.
