Tequesta RESIDENCE

The Tequesta Residence is a 3,079 square feet ground-up construction of a single-family home in Coconut Grove, FL. Designed by G3AEC, the modern home is made to give a Concrete-Bunkeresque feel in the middle of the green Grove. A notable feature of this construction, per client request, is the preservation of the original pool structure on the property. Torre Companies is working to build around it while keeping the pool coping intact.
