LAKE KATHERINE FLEX - RETAIL

The Lake Katherine Shopping Plaza consists of 17,000 square feet of retail space located in Miami, FL. Similar in concept to Professional Office Buildings, the project was designed and built for small business owners interested in owning their own space. The project was successfully completed in 1999, demonstrating the Torre Companies  skillset and experience in introducing new concepts, ideas, and projects to the Florida real estate market.
