320 MIRACLE MILE

Known for its boutiques, world class restaurants, and bridal shops, Miracle Mile in Downtown Coral Gables is also home to 320 Miracle Mile, a historic two-story retail and office building constructed in 1926. This project consisted of a complete renovation of the exterior and interior structure. Together with Bellin Pratt & Fuentes Architects, the TORRE construction team was able to create a thorough and comprehensive plan to remodel the existing building into Class A retail and office. Distinct features of the project include a new roof, implementation of new mechanical systems, full height doors, marble finishes, and the addition of terraces in some suites. 320 Miracle Mile is designated a historic property by the City of Coral Gables.
