SANTA MARIA RESIDENCE

In the famously known Pioneer Village, 4320 Santa Maria is a paradigm of historic Coral Gables and representative of the City Beautiful’s passion for themed villages. Originally built in 1926, the historic renovation of the single-family home consisted of a 3,000 square foot addition, a new pool, fountain, gazebo, and planter’s area. The home underwent a complete renovation of the exterior landscape and hardscape, and a complete reconstruction of the original front and side porch, reconditioning the home for the colonial theme of the neighborhood. The existing interior of the home was completely updated with new bathrooms and re-finished wood floors. All aspects of construction were done with meticulous attention to detail and care, thus maintaining the historic value of the property.
