DPZ ACADEMY

DPZ Academy consisted of a 3,100 square foot expansion to the historic office building of Duaney Plater-Zyberk & Company, located near Downtown Miami. Designed by the architects at Duany Plater-Zyberk, this project was designed and built to custom specifications of the owner’s designs. The Torre Companies team worked closely with the owners to achieve their overall goal of building a harmonious expansion to the existing historic office building.
